The Criminal Investigation Department on Wednesday got till May 10 to complete the investigation into one of the August 21 grenade attack cases.
Judge Fazila Begum of the Second Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge's Court of Dhaka passed the order after CID sought a four-month time to submit report of the murder case.
The same court on October 3 last year extended time for three months for submission of the probe report.
Another case was filed under the explosive substances act.
Earlier on January 4, the court gave two months to CID to submit the investigation report in the case.
Twenty-three Awami League leaders and workers were killed and over 300 maimed in the incident.
AL President Sheikh Hasina narrowly escaped the attack.
